Chocolate Chips Muffins

During the week-end we were hosting two boys from my son's volleyball team. They took the ferry from Powell River to Comox and spent the night home. The next day they were going to Nanaimo for a playday. I thought that the boys would be hungry when they get out of the ferry. So I decided to prepare my sons all-time favorite Chocolate Chips Muffins. It was a success. One of the boys ate three in a row and two for breakfast the next day. He even mentionned couple times that he wished his mom was a baker. It was so nice to hear that he really appreciated my baking. Visit Mr Breakfast for recipe.

  9. Thanks for the comments. I never made Nanaimo bars but like to eat them. They are so good. The next morning there was no muffins left for the husband's breakfast. They sure do disappear fast.

  16. That is a great looking muffin. I love chocolate chips in muffins.
The boy probably has never had a fresh muffin before. My mom used to bake muffins from a mix. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

  19. The only thing wrong with this post is that I do not have a steaming cup of coffee in my hand....it will certainly win my children over.
