Ina's Outrageous Brownies

Ina's Outrageous Brownies

On a cool Fall day I had lot's of chocolate in the pantry. What better way to eat chocolate than in a brownie. I love trying different recipes. This one will give you a chocolatey, melt in your mouth brownie. You can serve this brownie with ice cream on top & hot chocolate sauce.

  1. My cousin and I made these together and they were so so good. We were being girly, so we weighed the pan of batter. I won't tell you how what it said on the scale...

  5. Audrey: I think I don't want to know. They are the heaviest brownies I ever made.

Mike: If you were a neighbor you would have some after work.

Isabelle: Oui, ils sont très décadents.

Peter: I'm a bit nuts about dessert. Good thing I have teenage boys that eats them.

    Philo: Tu dois les essayer.

  19. Holy cow, these look insanely good. they look better than when Ina makes them. I saw that episode and printed the recipe but never have gotten around to making them.

I think I remember her packaging them in chinese take-out boxes, which I thought was such a good idea.

  21. My best friend sent these Outrageous Brownies to me for Christmas one year, along with a batch of Pecan Squares. It was the best, most wonderful Christmas gift anyone ever made for me. I just made some tonight - with M & M's poked in the top - for the neighborhood block party tomorrow. Can't wait!

  22. Oh, how decadent! My problem with brownies is that they are always so damn hard and dry, and the ones that aren't dry are chewy. Yuk, considering that I'm not such a fan of chocolate. These look awesomely melty and gooey and just perfect.

    A bientôt, Doria
