When I saw these muffins on Delish blog, I knew I had to make these. They are quick to put together and are delicious. My son Mathieu said that I should make lot's of these muffins. We can't find none in the house todays. I don't know what happened. Even the day after you make them they are very good and you can even taste the vanilla a bit more. Serve with your favortie tea or coffee. Enjoy!

Wow... I haven't made blueberry muffins in ages. Great idea. I wish I had frozen some fresh ones this past summer!
These look terrific, I bet they'd be good with a mixture of white and dark chocolate too.
