A jazz musician can improvise based on his knowledge of music. He understands how things go together. For a chef, once you have that basis, that's when cuisine is truly exciting. Charlie Trotter
OH, I can imagine how good the smell of your house when you bake this. What a lucky son to have a mom who can bake such a delightful treats. Cheers, elra
is that a silicone pan? how do you like it? I've been wanting to try them, but don't want a cheap kind that might leach plastics into the food. I'm sure the house smelled so good. Nice combo in a muffin or even in a cookie.
I headed over there. They're in the oven. They will come out just before my daughter arrives home from a stressful day at her Physics Lab. Your photos were too tempting.
Thanks for the great comments. People are asking about the silicone pans, I love them. You do have to buy good quality. Now I almost always use them for muffins and cupcakes. Mine are from President's Choice.
Helen I totally agree with this muffin, i made them too and they were wonderful. The moment i saw them in susans place i knew i was also going to make them. I am posting them tommorow.
