is that a silicone pan? how do you like it?
I've been wanting to try them, but don't want a cheap kind that might leach plastics into the food.
I'm sure the house smelled so good. Nice combo in a muffin or even in a cookie.

Thanks for the great comments. People are asking about the silicone pans, I love them. You do have to buy good quality. Now I almost always use them for muffins and cupcakes. Mine are from President's Choice.
