This recipe will require some digging...with a capital D. It was our feature in the first gourmet dinner we ever organized back in Montreal in the year 1994 if my memory serves me correctly. It was in a Gourmet magazine in the last page (when they used to have recipes on that page).. I will forward to Hélène or I can email anyone who leaves a comment on my blog...
