We're going out for dinner so for dessert I'm planning on making my boyfriend either pumpkin pie truffles or try out a recipe for cocoa brownies I recently saw.

Since we are going out for Valentines Day brunch (it includes dessert!) I wasn't planning on making anything in particular. But I have been seeing so many great recipes for truffles and chocolate covered-anythings around the blogosphere lately, that I think I just might try something like that... to add to the Valentine's Day excessiveness!

Hi, Hélène. Thanks for the chance to enter this contest.

I would try some of Epicure's easy recipes, e.g., Chicken Satay or their low-fat brownies.

Keep up the good work.

Merci bien,

Dan

Not Canadian at the moment, so can't enter the giveaway, but wanted to say that I think your little display is nice and motivating and intriguing and maybe I can find some of these products on my own, it would be nice to support such a company.

I haven't decided yet, but something I've made a few times before for V-Day is pasta with chicken in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce, followed by a dessert of chocolate lava cakes. mmm, so I may do that again as a bit of a tradition.
