Lemon Cornmeal Cookies - Cooking Light

For our Cooking Light Virtual Supper Club the theme this month is A Celebration of Corn. I made those delicious Lemon Cornmeal Cookies. They were well received in the house.
For December the theme will be Holiday Dinner Party. You can join us in cooking a dish from Cooking Light and post on the first Wednesday of December.

ReplyDeleteThese looks really pretty and delicious...I would never have thought of cornmeal in a cookie, but I like cornmeal, so I think I should give these a try...we all know how much I LOVE LEMON!! Thanks for posting...if they were a hit there, I am sure they will be a hit here.
