It's Thanksgiving week-end in Canada. My parents are coming tomorrow to spend couple days with us. They are bringing Dinner with them. That is so nice. Saturday Night I will be going to Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour with my three children. Can't wait to see that show.
Every Fall I crave desserts with spices. This Apple Spice Cake is served with a warm Caramel Sauce. Delicious!

I hope the show was wonderful! I've been fortunate enough to see two Cirque de Soleil shows, and they're always magical.
I was just thinking about what apple dessert I should prepare this evening. I was thinking pie...but this cake just might be it instead! Caramel and apples; nothing better.
