Kraft Canada sent me a Summer Entertainment Basket. In the What's Cooking Magazine they were featuring a new product the Kraft Signature Dressing Mango Chipotle, a vinaigrette that combines the sweetness of the mango and the heat of chipotle. On the Kraft Canada website that have a cool search were you enter the ingredients you have on hand and in no time you come up with many recipes to choose from for your Dinner. I choose a Simple Chicken Quinoa Supper. The chicken marinates in the Mango Chipotle and then grilled. It is served with quinoa. My son really liked the meal. It was a good way to introduce him to quinoa. We will be making that meal again. Thanks again to Kraft Canada for a wonderful meal.
