Sometimes you just want to prepare a quick lunch in less than five minutes. This will do the trick. Simply spread hummus on a pita bread, add veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers and diced feta. Sprinkle with za'atar and sumac. Decorate with cilantro. You have a yummy sandwich.
