Pain aux bananes



This is one of my most requested recipe. This bread is so yummy, eat it with butter or Nutella. You can also add chocolate chips or butterscotch chips to the batter for a change. A drink of choice with banana bread is tea.

Ceci est une de mes recettes les plus en demande. Vous pouvez manger ce délicieux pain aux bananes avec du beurre ou du Nutella, votre choix. Pour faire une variation ajoutez des pépittes de chocolat ou de caramel au mélange avant de le faire cuire.  Un beverage de choix avec le pain aux bananes est le thé.


BANANA BREAD

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
chocolate chips or butterscotch chips, optional

1- Preheat oven to 350F.
2- Mash bananas with sugar. Place in a medium bowl and add corn syrup, oil and eggs. Mix well.
3- In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Add wet ingredients and mix well with a fork.
4- Place in a loaf pan lined with a parchment paper.
5- Add chocolate chips or butterscotch chips, if using.
6- Place in over and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7- Let rest at room temperature for several hours before serving.
8- You can freeze this banana bread.



PAIN AUX BANANES

375 ml farine tout usage
50 ml sucre
10 ml poudre à pâte
5 ml sel
1 ml bicarbonate de soude
250 ml purée de bananes
75 ml sirop de maïs
75 ml huile végétale
2 oeufs battus
125 ml de noix hachées (facultatif)
Chipits de chocolat et caramel au goût (facultatif)

Chauffer le four à 350F.

Pendant ce temps, écraser les bananes et dans un petit bol mélanger les bananes, le sirop de maïs, l'huile et les oeufs.

Dans un grad bol mélanger la farine, le sucre, la poudre à pâte, le sel et le bicarbonate de soude. Faire un puits au centre des ingrédients secs et bien incorporer à la fourchette le mélange de bananes. A ce moment ci ajouter les noix, les chipits (si vous décidez d'en ajouter au mélange). Bien mélanger.

Verser le mélange dans un moule à pain de 8 1/2'' x 4 1/2''.  Cuire au four de 50 à 60 minutes.  Lorsque cuit, sortir du four et laisser reposer 5 minutes avant de démouler.

Laisser le pain refroidir à température de la pièce pendant. Ensuite bien l'envelopper de papier d'aluminium et attendre 6 heures avant de servir. Ce pain ce congèle très bien.

  5. I have that little pearl jasmine tea..we love it..I love the way it opens up..totally unlike it's original form and not like the flowers:) The bread sound delish too.
