The Courvoisier Collective Culinary Masterpiece Competition is a call for entry that involves student and at-home chefs creating new and inspirational recipes inspired-by and infused with Courvoisier cognac.

''Ontario Culinary students and at-home chefs are asked to submit original recipe creations infused with Courvoisier cognac at http://www.courvoisiercollective.com/, an online forum where the creative ideas generated by the Collective are shared. An esteemed panel of Toronto chefs who have joined the Collective, including Ici Bistro's JP Challet, The Grove's Ben Heaton and TURF Lounge's Michael Kirkwood, will review submissions and select three finalists in each category to showcase their creations at an exclusive culinary event in October.''

Key Dates:
  • July 3rd to August 24th: Users can submit recipes and vote for their favourites
  • August 24th - September 7th: The chef judging panel review each recipe
  • September 7th: Six finalists are contacted and invited to attend an exclusive tasting event in October where their dish will be recreated and sampled!
Good luck if you participate in the program!

  2. I don't cook very often with cognac...usually just with soup/stew...not that I don't enjoy them, but am afraid of wasting good stuff.
