Summer is almost over, nights are getting chilly but it's still warm during the day. One treat that I have enjoyed this summer is this Mango Fruity Crush Pops. Fresh mangoes, strawberries and greek yogurt makes a delicious treats.
It's the long week-end in Canada. My son leaves Sunday for Hong Kong to study. We will miss him a lot. On Saturday we will spend the day together with my daughter and other son. I am sad to see him leaving but what a great experience.

Mango Fruity Crush Pops
1 1/4 cups mango puree
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt
2 tsps vanilla extract
10 ounces strawberries, hulled
In a blender, puree the mango. Add 3 Tbsps honey and still well.
Pour the mango puree into eight ice pop molds. Freeze until firm.
Mix the yogurt (I used Greek yogurt), vanilla extract and 3 Tbsps honey in a bowl. Spoon the mixture over the frozen mango. Insert the ice pop sticks and freeze until firm.
In a blender, puree the strawberries with the remaining honey. Spoon the mixture over the frozen yogurt and freeze well.
