Liberté has been manufacturing milk products in the Montréal area since 1936. They have a plant in Saint-Hyacinthe where I was born and raised. They offer several certified organic products, including milk, Greek yogurt, flavoured yogurts and the Svelte line.

Pita with hummus, veggies and feta

Sometimes you just want to prepare a quick lunch in less than five minutes. This will do the trick. Simply spread hummus on a pita bread, add veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers and diced feta. Sprinkle with za'atar and sumac. Decorate with cilantro. You have a yummy sandwich.  Have a great Wednesday!

New addiction: Chip It!

I have an addiction to pictures, colors. Couple months ago I was invited to join Pinterest and found Pinterest to be a great place for inspiration. I love the visual format of Pinterest and in just one click you can look at pictures from great photographers around the World. Since I love colors I found a new tool by Sherwin-Williams called Chip It! When you get inspired by an image, just enter the image URL and it will give you a customized color palette drawn from the image.
