La Cuisine d'Hélène will introduce you to new bloggers this year and the first blogger that I am featuring is Najwa Kronfel. I discovered Najwa beautiful blog: Delicious Shots while browsing the internet. Her photography and recipes inspires me. Najwa started her blog when she was pregnant, right after graduating from the French Culinary Institute. Her roots are Honduran and Palestinian.

1. I have started blogging because:
I wanted to have a place where I could keep my recipes, practice my food photography and embark on a personal journey through cooking and baking.
2. My favorite recipe:
Mi favorite recipe is the very first one I shared on the blog, Lemon-Ricotta cheesecake tart. Not only it's a delicious recipe but also marks the beginning of my journey as a blogger.
3. My camera equipment is:
I use a Canon Rebel XS with a EF-S 18-55mm lens. I also have another lens, Canon 28-105mm. Tripod, shutter release reflectors and a few other gears. I use natural light only.
4. I live:
I’m based in New York. To me, the best place to experience food diversity. I love it here.
5. Top things on my bucket list:
There are a lot of things I would like to do, just to name a few:
Olive oil tasting in Italy, visiting Morocco, attending a Calçotada festival in Spain, eating sushi inSukiyabashi Jiro.
