We were ask to create 5 recipes using the 5 different sauces that we have received.
I wanted to make sure that any family can put Dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes and that teenagers can help in the kitchen as well and start to prepare Dinner if parents are not home yet.
The recipes I created can also be made during the week-end and are suitable for the freezer. All you have to do is separate them into individual portions and put them in the freezer. If my son comes from school and only have few minutes to eat before going to hockey he can have a delicious meal ready in 5 minutes. That is important for me that he eats something healthy before going to the arena.
The first time I read about Summer Fresh new Fresh Sauces was on Food Bloggers of Canada. Other bloggers also received the same package to create delicious recipes using the sauces.
The first recipe I made was a Shrimp Thai Curry this using the Summer Fresh Thai Curry Sauce. You can view the recipe here.
Steak with 3 Peppercorn Sauce
Sauté steak in a pan. In a separate pan warm the Summer Fresh 3 Peppercorn Fresh Sauce.
To serve: serve steak with the sauce and any vegetable on the side.
