Easy Indian Cooking, second edition
In Easy Indian Cooking, Second Edition Suneeta Vaswani features 30 new recipes. This book has stunning pictures that will make you fall in love with Indian cooking. The recipes are for beginners to the more advanced cook and you will like the authentic flavors. Just my reading the book I can smell the spices and I feel like I am travelling in India. Suneeta was born in Mumbai and lived for many years in Texas and moved back to Mumbai. She has taught Indian cooking in the US and internationally for over 30 years. I would love to attend her cooking classes. Reading the cookbook I felt like she was right beside me, teaching me Indian cooking.

This afternoon we had a nice sunny day and I stopped at a downtown store to ask for my own Starbucks Frappuccino. I tried a Soy No Whip Tazo Chai Frappuccino, blended beverage with half a banana and topped with sprinkled cinnamon - a spice-filled, dairy-free Frappuccino beverage that amplifies Tazo Chai, one of my favorite tea at Starbucks. This drink was so good that I wanted a second one right after :)
