Imagine waking up to the smell on fresh croissants on Christmas morning. This morning I baked Premiere Moisson mini croissants and mini chocolatines. In 30 minutes you can serve these viennoiseries. My house smells so good. I did serve the mini croissant with raspberry jam and traditional caramel with fleur de sel. It was so delicious. They melt in your mouth and are flaky. The chocolate inside the mini chocolatines is high quality.
