ROASTED PARMESAN ASPARAGUS
1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/3 cup 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
1- Heat oven to 400F.
2- Place asparagus on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
3- Drizzle with oil; toss to evenly coat. Spread to form even layer.
4- Bake 15 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
5- Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
