Since we bought our Kamado Joe one of my sons has been grilling for us. We like to try different recipes during BBQ season. My sons like a good burger and it taste really good on the Kamado Joe. I usually make a vegetarian version for myself. Rarely you will see me eat a meat burger. I tasted this Indian Burger and I have to say that it was pretty good.
Last month I made the BBQ Chicken Madras using Madras Curry Paste. I had some left in the fridge and decided to top each burger with a teaspoon of this delicious curry paste. I still had some of the Mild Curry Paste, that I used for my Red Lentil Soup, and added couple tablespoons to my burger mix. The flavour was amazing. Being creative in the kitchen is so rewarding when your family tells you that your food is so good. My sons enjoys eating home because we eat a variety of food and we get inspired from different countries.
