Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl

Are you ready for Canada Day? We live in Ottawa and we usually like to spend the day on Parlement Hill. They have activities like Changing of the Guard, Shows and fireworks. It's a fun day to spend in the Capital of Canada, and in the past years the weather has been on our side. When the weather is nice we spend more time outside and less time cooking in the home. Which means that we have to find ideas to speed up the process of preparing a meal, without sacrificing the flavour.

Have you heard of Food Hacks before? They are delicious recipes that uses 5 ingredients and less, and are ready in no time. I can live with that! Last week I tried this Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl recipe for lunch, and we enjoyed it. I had all ingredients on hand, and we were ready to eat in less than 20 minutes.

What are your quick, tasty recipes that you like to cook in the summer?

  2. We *nearly* made the same recipe - mine was the taco bowl, not the caesar! I loved learning how to make the taco bowl itself - so easy!
