The biggest challenge that families are facing during the week is to come up with recipes to cook dinner in no time. Some of you prefer to order in or pick-up something to feed the family on your way home. Some nights I would love to have two hours to prep dinner, but it's not possible. When you have a family, schedules can be hectic at times. I know that we are in the middle of summer but hockey season is starting soon. Those nights can be a bit crazy, especially if you come home late from work. For my son, fries are not an option when he's going to play hockey. Good planning and a plan of action is helpful to go through the weekly meals.
