My love for avocados came after I left home. On the farm my mom would never buy avocados because she wanted us to eat vegetables from our garden and fruits from local farmers. Living on my own made me discovered cuisines from around the world. Mexican food is not only delicious is so fresh and easy to prepare. I like fish tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, fresh salsa and this Creamy Guacamole. It's so quick to prepare, you mash the avocados, add fresh lime juice, onions, tomatoes, coriander.
When you make it, eat it right away. Bon appétit!
2 fully ripe avocados
1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
dash black pepper
