Last week I blogged that I have teamed up with Subway Canada and took the pledge to Commit to Fit. Our challenge was to do 20 minutes of activity each day. One of the best way to motivate me is to write it down.
Here's what I did:
-Monday: 40 minutes of walking
-Tuesday: 40 minutes of walking
-Wednesday: 60 minutes of Hot Yoga and 40 minutes of walking
-Thursday: 20 minutes of walking
-Friday: 30 minutes of walking
-Saturday: 60 minutes of walking
-Sunday: 40 minutes of walking
This week Carl Savard, the Subway Canada Ambassador challenged us to continue to do 20 minutes of activity and to introduce five fresh swaps into our routine. What is a 'fresh swap' you may ask? It could be to swap the mayo on your sandwich for some calorie-free mustard, or you could take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you have a chance.
