#CommitToFit - Week 4

Can you believe it's already week 4 of the Subway Canada #CommitToFit challenge? Last week we had to recruit someone to exercise with us. My husband and I walked, every day, for 45 minutes. This week's challenge is to think fresh. We are challenging you to get out and enjoy the fresh air. We like to walk outside all year long. We feel so good afterwards. In the winter we also enjoy skiing and snowshoeing. Even when it's snowing or raining we go. That does not stop us.

  3. I would like to change the amount of exercise I am getting, I really need to increase it. Would love to be consistent with doing at least 30 minutes a day. (Judy Cowan)

  6. I would love to be able to lose some weight, but mostly I would love to not be in pain 24/7 but that isn't an option (I have fibromyalgia) (Andrea Amy)
