We are starting week 5 of the #CommitToFit challenge. Last week we had to think fresh. Since we love being outside, we like to walk all year long in the fresh air. We do 45 minutes everyday. This week's challenge is to try something new. For example, it could be to try to do a walking workout with intervals. Since I can't run, because of a knee injury, I will try doing that. Instead of walking at the same pace, I will do it like this:
- Warm up = 5 minutes
- Walk Briskly = 1 minute
- Walk at a Moderate Pace = 2 minutes
- Walk as Fast as Possible = 1 minute
- Walk Slowly = 2 minutes
- Start again at Walk Briskly
