#CommitToFit - Week 3

I have been doing the Commit To Fit Challenge with Subway Canada for two weeks now. It's simple to follow and anyone can join. The first week, the challenge was to do 20 minutes of any activity each day. I love to walk and try to do it outside when it is nice, or on the treadmill when it's raining. When I walk on the treadmill I like to watch shows on Netflix or Ricardo's cooking show on Tou TV. It makes me walk more than 20 minutes because often my shows are 50 minutes long.

During the second week of the challenge we had to introduce five swaps into our routine. When you think about it, it's easy to swap chips at night with apples, or to order your sandwich with mustard instead of mayo. That saves you calories, and your body feels better after.

This week the challenge is to have a buddy system in place to keep us motivated and accountable for our workouts. When my husband is around we go for long walks together. It is our time to talk and unwind from the chaos at home. Hopefully you can find someone to exercise with you this week.

GIVEAWAY: I am very excited to host a giveaway for my readers to win one $25 Subway Canada Gift Card for week 3. Please fill out the Rafflecopter form below.

Come back next week to enter the contest again. Good luck to all and follow us on twitter with hashtag #CommitToFit.
