White Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats - La Cuisine d'Helene


Lot's of people tell me that they can't bring dessert to an event or participate in a cookie exchange, during the holidays, because they are afraid of baking.

If you are one of these person I have a solution for you. In two minutes you can make these delicious White Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats with only three ingredients.

So next time you are invited to a party bring a big plate of these and I guarantee you that at the end of the night there will not be any Rice Krispies left to bring back home. 


White Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats - La Cuisine d'Helene
WHITE CHOCOLATE RICE KRISPIES TREATS

Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Directions
1- Place a parchment paper in a 8x8 pan.
2- In a big bowl that goes in the microwave melt the marshmallows and the white chocolate chips for 45 seconds.
3- Add the Rice Krispies and mix very quickly.
4- Spread in a 8x8 pan with you wet hands.
5- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut in squares and you could decorate with melted white chocolate if you wish.

  4. I was looking for a recipe to use up leftover candycanes. This one looked like it would fit. Do you think it would work if I crushed a few and added it to the recipe?
