Last week our challenge was to drink more water. It was easy for me because I drink water from morning to night. This week the challenge is to have fruits and vegetables with every snack and meal during the day. You could fill half of your plate with veggies and have fruits instead of a sweet dessert. I personally like smoothies. This week I am adding 2 cups of kale in my smoothie. I already put one cup of fruits and the kale will boost the vitamins I am getting in drinking my smoothie. And if you go to any restaurants ask to replace the rice with veggies or a salad.
