We are already into week 4 of the #CarlsCrew Challenge. This week the challenge is to go to bed 30 minutes earlier than we normally do. We all have busy schedules and it's important to sleep well for your health. Sleep deprivation can lead to health problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, just to name a few.
After a good night's sleep your body has more energy to go thru the day and your mind will be rested. It would be a good habit if you stop watching TV, work on your computer, play with your tablet at least 30 minutes before going to bed. You could use those precious minutes to meditate.
Easter long week-end is coming and I hope you take the time to sleep in and to just relax for couple days.
