One of the healthiest food is avocados and I love them.
The Avocados from Mexico are creamy, fresh and available year-round. They are a good source of fiber, minerals and vitamins. It's also good to know that they are high in healthy monounsaturated fats, which will improve heart health and lower cholesterol. Eating avocados will keep you full.
With Cinco de Mayo around the corner one of my favorite way to eat avocados is guacamole! But they are also good in sandwiches, salads, pasta, brownies. Recently I made avocado quesadillas that were a hit in the house. The recipes that you can make with avocados are endless!
