avocado oil- now that is something I could get used to using all the time considering we are huge avocado fans and sometimes they are not always at their best in the store and or they get bad on me before I can use them for something. having oil with their flavor sounds like the best idea ever. Love your salad- beautiful!

Love this salad; very healthy ingredients. I just bought some Lemon Olive oil that I will try this dressing. I will not find this brand in my area, but I see they have it in Victoria where i will be going in March. Addin a note of this on my Smart phone. MErci.
