Two-Layer Cookie Crunch Fudge - #DessertMoments


We had our share of snow since a week in Ottawa. It's nice and we had a white Christmas this year. We are going to spend New Year with our families in Québec. I am baking sugar pies, Mars bars squares, dates squares and Two-Layer Cookie Crunch Fudge. This fudge is yummy, my son said that he approves the recipe. 1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate
1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk, divided
Chips Ahoy! Cookies, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker's White Chocolate
