Guacamole Recipe


BBQ and picnic season has started. This guacamole is delicious and healthy. Family and friends would enjoy it with their favourite drink and tortilla chips. Bring it to your next picnic. Make it also for any occasions like Superbowl!

You should eat avocadoes because:
  • Avocadoes are a great source of lutein, a carotenoid that works as an antioxidant
  • Half an Avocado contains 3.4 grams of fibre
  • Avocadoes are rich in monounsaturated fat
  • The vitamins that you can find in an Avocado are B, K and E


1 ripe Avocado
30 ml Spanish Onion, minced
30 ml Cilantro, chopped
15 ml fresh Lime
2 ml Salt
4 mini tomatoes, diced

1- In a bowl mash one ripe Avocado.
2- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3- Serve with tortilla chips.
